STUP510

The STUP510 is a surface mount transient voltage suppressor.It's VBR is 6.8-440 volts and Ppk is 400watts.

Features of the STUP510 are:(1)400W surge capability at 1ms;(2)Excellent clamping capability;(3)Low zener impedance;(4)Fast response time : typically less then 1.0 ps from 0 volt to V_BR(min.);(5)Typical I_R less then 1A above 10V.
