The STTH30R03CG-TR is one member of the STTH30R03CG family which is designed as the high frequency secondary rectifier that has three points of features:(1)designed for high frequency applications; (2)hyperfast recovery competes with GaAs devices; (3)allows size decrease of snubbers and heatsinks. This family drastically cuts losses in associated MOSFET when run at high dIF/dt, is suited for HF OFF-Line SMPS and DC/DC converters.
