STO-20

The ST0-20 is a kind of fast recovery diode. It combines industry standard packaging with the Sussex manufactured line of high quality diodes. Forward and reverse polarities are available for use in half-wave bridge applications, and packages other than the TO-220 can also be supplied. It is tested 100% prior to encapsulation.

There are some STO-20 features as follows: (1)35 thru 200 n/sec recovery; (2)reverse voltages from 50 to 600 V; (3)forward current ratings to 35 A; (4)low forward voltage; (5)available in chip form.

The following is about the STO-20 maximum ratings: (1)forward current, IF: 16 A; (2)typical surge current, IFSM: 300 A, 1/2 cycles; (3)leakage @ 175, IRFM: 600 A; (4)operating temperature, Top: -65 to 175; (5)junction temperature, Tj,max: 175; (6)storage temperature, Tst: -65 to 190.
