Some absolute maximum ratings of STK3042II at Ta=25°C have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Uts maximum supply voltage would be +/- 55V. (2) Its allowable power dissipation would be max 4 watt. (3) Its operatig case temperature would be 100 °C. (4) Its storage temperature would have the minimum value of -30 °C and the maximum value of +100°C. That are all the main maximum ratings and it should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some recommended operating conditions at Ta= 25°C have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its recommended supply voltage would be +/- 43 volts. (2) Its load resistance would be 33K ohms. That are all the recommended operating conditions.
