SPR-1-10

The SPR-1-10 is linar arrays of P-ON-N silicon photovoltaic cells.Originally designed for tape and punch cards they find use in many encoding and position sensing applications.

Features of the SPR-1-10 are:(1)common cathode;(2)speed reponse<2 usl(3)2-10 channels available;(4)order with base plate mount;(5)optional pig tail leads.Absolute maximum ratings of SPR-1-08 are:(1)storage temperature range:0 to 70;(2)operating case temperature range:0 to 70;(3)lead temperature for 5 seconds:240;(4)short circuit current:315 uA;(5)light current:270 vA;(6)load voltage:270 mV;(7)open circuit voltage:325 mV;(8)rise time:2.0 uSec.Notes:(1)rated at 500 fc,color temperature. 25 ambient;(2)response time value assumes optimum impedance for illumination level.
