Description

The SP6120 is a fixed frequency, voltage mode, synchronous PWM controller designed to work from a single 5V or 3.3V input supply. Sipex's unique "AnyFETTM" Technology allows the SP6120 to be used for resolving a multitude of price/performance trade-offs. It is separated from the PWM controller market by being the first controller to offer precision, speed, flexibility, protection and efficiency over a wide range of operating conditions.
