SP-1ML

The SP-1ML is designed as one kind of silicon photodiode device that can be used in (1)optical detectors; (2)infrared sensors; (3)smoke detectors applications. And the features of this device are:(1)relatively low-cost against metal can package; (2)wide angular response; (3)low profile package. This device is mounted in a TO- 18 type header with clear epoxy encapsulation, so it provides wide angular response and is relatively lowcost as compared to TO-18 can-type devices.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SP-1ML can be summarized as:(1)Reverse voltage: 20 V;(2)Operating temperature: -25 to +90 ;(3)Storage temperature: -30 to +100 ;(4)soldering temperature: 260 .
