The SNA-386 is a DC-3 GHz,cascadable GaAs mmic amplifier.Sirenza microdevices'SNA is a GaAs monolithic broadband amplifier(MMIC)housed in a low-cost surface-mountable plastic package.At 1950 MHz.this amplifier provides 20dB of gain when biased at 35mA.The use of and external resistor allows for bias flexibility and stability.These unconditionally stable amplifers are designed for use as general purpose 50 ohm gain blocks.

Features of the SNA-386 are:(1)patented GsAs HBT Technology ; (2)cascadable 50 Ohm gain block ; (3)21 dBm gain,23dBm TOIP ; (4)operateds from single supply ; (5)low cost surface mount plastic package.
