DescriptionThe SN74LV4051APWR is one member of the SN74LV4051A family which designed as the 8-channel CMOS analog multiplexer or demultiplexer. Applications of this device include signal gating, chopping, modulation or demodulation (modem), and signal multiplexing for analog-to-digital and digital-toanalog conversion systems.
Features of the SN74LV4051APWR are:(1)2-V to 5.5-V Vcc operation; (2)support mixed-mode voltage operation on all ports; (3)high on-off output-voltage ratio; (4)low crosstalk between switches; (5)individual switch controls; (6)extremely low input current; (7)latch-up performance exceeds 100 mA per JESD 78, class II;(8)ESD protection exceeds JESD 22.
