The SN74LS670N is designed as a high-speed, low-power 4 x 4 register file organized as four words by four bits. Separate read and write inputs, both address and enable, allow simultaneous read and write operation.
SN74LS670N has five features. (1)Simultaneous read/ write operation. (2)Expandable to 512 words by n-bits. (3)Typical access time to 20ns. (4)3-state outputs for expansion. (5)Typical power dissipation of 125mW. Those are all the main features.
