SN54276

The SN54276 is designed as one kind of quadruple J-K flip-flop device that is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of -55 to +125 . This device also can be used to emutate D- or T-type flip-flops by hard-wiring the inputs, or to implement asychronous sequential functions.

Features of the SN54276 are:(1)four J-K flip-flops in a single package can reduce FF package count by 50 %;(2)separate negative-edge-triggered clocks with hysteresis: typically 200 mV;(3)typical clock input frequency: 50 MHz;(4)fully buffered outputs.
