Features of the SM8505 are:(1)function- and pin-compatible with mitsubishi's M50117BP;(2)monolithic CMOS LSI;(3)internal oscillation circuitry;(4)demodulation of pulse position modulation signal;(5)7-bit parallel data output;(6)serial data output;(7)single +5V power supply;(8)CMOS construction;(9)18-pin plastic DIP.
