SM6104

The SM6104 is a 6-bit flash parallel A/D converter based on NPC's proprietary molybdenum gate CMOS technology.It is available in 18-pin plastic DIPs and 18-pin plastic SOPs.

Features of the SM6104 are:(1)6-bit resolution;(2)maximum conversion speed:20Msps;(3)guaranteed mono convers without code missing;(4)external sample-and-hold circuits not required;(5)internal output iatch for 6-bit conversion data and overflow flag;(6)tristate output drivers;(7)supports 40Msps conversion using two devices connected in parallel(SM6104P and SM6104S only);(8)single 5V supply;(9)molybdenum gate CMOS process,low-power 16mA at 5.0V and 20MHz(SM6104P and SM6104S);(10)supports 7-bit conversion using two devices connected in series.
