The SLVU2.8 is low voltage EPD TVSTM diode for ESD and latch-up protection.It is constructed using Semtech's proprietary EPD process technology.

Features of the SLVU2.8 are:(1)400watts peak pulse power;(2)one device protects one unidirectional line;(3)two devices protect two high-speed line pairs;(4)low capacitance;(5)low leakage current;(6)low operating and clamping voltages;(7)solid-state EPD TVS process technology.
