SL1914AKG

The SL1914AKG is one member of the SL1914 family which is designed as the satellite tuner front end LNA that can be use in (1)satellite receiver systems; (2)data communications systems; (3)master antennae distribution systems applications. This device is optimised to complement the SL1925, ZIF quadrature downconverter and offering a full 1-45 MS/s tuner capability.

Features of the SL1914AKG are:(1)Single chip solution for satellite tuner LNA and AGC; (2)Provides for 30 dB minimum AGC; (3)Low DSB NF at maximum gain; (4)High signal handling at minimum gain; (5)Provides differential output drive; (6)ESD protection (Normal ESD handling procedures should be observed).
