SK2111

The SK2111 is designed as one kind of 1:10 differential LVDS clock driver that accepts LVDS signal levels, LVPECL levels directly or PECL with attenuation network resistors. And SK2111 can be used as a high speed differential 1 to 10 signal distribution / fanout replacing multi-drop bus applications for higher speed links with improved signal quality, also it can be used for clock distribution up to 800 MHz.

Features of the SK2111 are:(1)supply voltage range: +3.0 v to +3.6 V;(2)part-to-part skew 75 ps (max.);(3)output channel-to-channel skew us 60 ps (max.);(4)800 MHz minimum toggle frequency;(5)differential output voltage is 350 mV with 100 termination load;(6)LVDS receiver input accept LVPECL signals;(7)on-chip 100 input termination resistor;(8)fast propagation delay of 500 ps (typical);(9)receiver input threshold < +/- 100 mV.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SK2111 can be summarized as:(1)power supply: -0.3 to 4.6 V;(2)input voltage: -0.3 to Vcc+0.3 V;(3)input current: +/- 20 mA;(4)thermal resistance (junction-to-ambient) at 400 LFPM, 4 layer board: 29.8 /W;(5)thermal resistance (junction-to-ambient) at still air. 4 layer board: 44 /W.
