space and strategic level radiation requirements while meeting the industry standard LM117A and LM117 electrical specifications.

In addition to the features of the standard SGR117A, these devices are capable of meeting the attached data sheet electricals after the following radiation events: TOTAL DOSE: EXCEEDS 1 MEG RAD NEUTRON FLUENCE: 5x1012 N/cm²
