SE78L05

The SE78L05 is three-terminal positive regulator. It can be used as Zener diode/resistor combination replacement.It offers an effective output impedance improvement of two orders of magnitude, and lower quiescent current.

Features of the SE78L05 are:(1)output voltage of 5.0V(typ.);(2)output current up to 150mA(typ.);(3)minimum external components;(4)output voltage tolerances of ±4%.
