Constant Voltage regulation
This production of the SDZ6V2AD is widely used to regulate the voltage across a circuit. When connected in paralled with a variable voltage source so that it is reverse biased, a zener diode conducts when the voltage reached the diode's reverse breakdown voltage. All products of the SDZ6V2AD are available in green (RoHS compliant).
