The SC11004 is designed as a complete 300/1200 bit per second (bps) modem. All signal processing functions needed for a full duplex, 300/1200 bps, bell 103/212A or V.22 compatible modem, including the FSK and PSK modelators and demodulators and high-band and low-band filters with compromise amplitude and group delay equalizers are integrated on a single chip.
SC11004 has seven features. (1)All modulators, demodulators, and filters with compromise equalizers on chip. (2)Call progress mode, tone generators for DTMF, V.22 guard and calling tones. (3)On-chip hybrid. (4)Bell 212A and CCITT V.22 compatible includes notch filter. (5)Serial control interface. (6)Programmable audio port. (7)All loopback diagnostics. Those are all the main features.

(5)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. (6)Its power dissipation would be 500mW. (7)Its lead temperature soldering 10 seconds would be 300°C.
