The SAB8086 is anew-generation,high-performance 16-bit microprocessor implemented in +5V depletion load,N channel,silicon gate siemens MYMOS technology,packaged in a 40-pin plastic dual-in-line package.It is 100 percent compatible with the industry standard 8086.
