SA2005P

The SA2005P provides a single chip active energy metering soultion for three phase mechanical counter-based meter designs.

Features of the SA2005P are:(1)direct drive for electro-mechanical counters or stepper motors;(2)callibration and setup stored on external EEPROM-no trim-pots required;(3)flexible programmable features providing ease of implementation for meter manufactures;(4)per phase energy direction and voltage fail indication;(5)precision oscillator on chip;(6)operates over a wide temperature range;(7)easily adaptable to different signal levels;(8)adaptable to different types of sensors;(9)precision voltage reference on-chip;(10)protected against ESD.

The absolute maximum ratings of the SA2005P can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3V to 6.0V;(2)current on any pin:-150mA to +150mA;(3)storage temperature:-40 to +125;(4)operating temperature:-40 to +85.
