The S3L20U is designed as one kind of super fast recovery rectifiers with voltage of 200V and current of 3A. Its typical applications include switching power supply, free wheel, home appliances, office equipment and telecommunication, factory automation.
S3L20U has three features. (1)It has low noise. (2)Its trr would be 35ns. (3)Applicable to automatic insertion. Those are all the main features.
