S3271

The S3271 is a kind of one-dimensional PSD (position-sensitive detector) designed with improved position detection error, high resistivity of interelectrode resistance, special visible-cut filter for reducing fluorescent lamp noise, and partial light shield on the sensitive surface against disturbance light. S3271 is widely used in auto-focus, distance measurement, proximity switching and displacement measurement.
