The S1M8837X01 is designed as one kind of fractional-N frequency synthesizer device that contains quadruple-modulus prescalers and adopts an 8/9/12/13 prescaler(16/17/20/21 for the S1M8837) and the IF synthesizer adopts an 8/9 prescaler. Also this device can be used in (1)High-rate data-service cellular telephones (for CDMA); (2)High-rate data-service portable wireless communications; (3)Other wireless communications systems applications.
