The S07S60AGS2 has five features.The first one is suitable for handling the surge current of the 10/700 s pulse to ITU-T and IEC 1000-4-5.The second one is suitable for handling the increased surge voltage according to the directives of Germany's telecom administration.The third one is matched to line conditions with or without superimposed ringing voltage.The fourth one is electrical SMD equivalents available.The fifth one is PSpice models.

The S07S60AGS2 has some general technical data.When parameter is operating temperature,the rating is -40 to +85.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -40 to +125.When parameter is electric strength,the rating is 2,5 kVRMS.When parameter is insulation resistance,the rating is 10G.When parameter is response time,the rating is < 25ns.
