The S-AV30H is designed as toshiba RF power amplifier module for VHF band FM power amplifier module and hand-help transceiver.

Some S-AV30H maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its DC supply voltage Vdd would be 17V. (2)Its DC supply voltage Vgg would be 6V. (3)Its input power would be 50mW. (4)Its output power would be 12W. (5)Its total current would be 3A. (6)Its operating case temperature range would be from -30°C to 100°C. (7)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 110°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some S-AV30H electrical characteristics are concluded as follow. (1)Its frequency range would be min 144MHz and max 174MHz. (2)Its output power would be min 7.0W at Vdd=9.6V and would be min 2.8W at Vdd=6.0V. (3)Its power gain would be min 25.4dB with conditions of Vdd=9.6V, Vgg=4V and Pi=20mW. (4)Its total efficiency would be min 48% with conditions of Vdd=9.6V, Vgg=4V and Pi=20mW. (5)Its input VSWR would be max 2.5 with conditions of Vdd=9.6V, Vgg=4V and Pi=20mW. (6)Its harmonics would be max -15dB with conditions of Vdd=9.6V, Vgg=4V and Pi=20mW. (7)Its stability would means all spurious output than  60dB below desired signal with conditions of Vdd=4V to 16V, Vgg=0V to 4V and Pi=20mW.
