The S-201001 is a high-speed, low-power 1,048,576-bit(131,072 words x 8 bits) mask programmable ROM by CMOS process.Its completely static operation requires no clock.  It is ideal for large-sized fixed memory of microcomputers or data terminal equipment.The time at which the data output becomes valid is defined by either tAA Or tcs/tcE/toE,whichever occurs last.
