The RM300HA-24F is designed as one kind of MITSUBSHI fast recovery diode modules for high speed switching use.

RM300HA-24F has five features. (1)Its DC current would be 300A. (2)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 1200V. (3)Its reverse recovery time would be 0.8us. (4)Insulated type. (5)UL recognized. Those are all the main features.

Some RM300HA-24F absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 1200V. (2)Its non-repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 1350V. (3)Its reverse DC voltage would be 960V. (4)Its DC current would be 300A. (5)Its surge (non-repetitive) forward current would be 3000A. (6)Its I2t for fusing would be 3.75x10^4 A2s. (7)Its junction temperature range would be from -40°C to 150°C. (8)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to 125°C.
