The RL0256D is designed as high speed, self-scanned, charge-coupled photodiode array. Consisting of the STANDARD-D, VALUE-D, FAST-D and LOLIGHT-D image sensors, allows the designer to select just the right device for a particular application. Typical applications include optical character recognition, document scanning, inspection, pattern recognition, noncontact measurement, and other applications requiring high quality, broad spectral response image acquisitions.
RL0256D has seven features. The first one is antiblooming. The second one is video data rates up to 30MHz. The third one is high photo sensitity. The fourth one is wide dynamic range. The fifth one is 13um x 13um and 13um x 26um picture elements. The sixth one is low power consumption. The seventh one is wide spectral response (UV to near IR). That are all the main features.
Some RL0256D absolute maximum ratings have been concuded into several points as follow. The first one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -25°C to +85°C.
