Description

The REF200AU is one member of the REF200 family which designed as the dual current source/current sink with three circuit building-blocks on a single monolithic chip-two 100mA current sources and a current mirror, the performance of each section of REF200AU is individually measured and laser-trimmed to achieve high accuracy at low cost. And each section is electrically isolated from one another using a dielectrically isolated fabrication process.This device can be used in (1)sensor excitation; (2)biasing circuitry; (3)offsetting current loops; (4)low voltage references; (5)charge-pump circuitry; (6)hybrid microcircuits.

Features of the REF200AU are:(1)completely floating: no power supply or ground connections;(2)high accuracy: 100mA ±0.5%;(3)low temperature coeffici-ent: ±25ppm/°C;(4)wide voltage compliance: 2.5V to 40V;(5)also includes current mirror.

The absolute maximum ratings of the REF200AU can be summarized as:(1)applied voltage:-6V to +40V;(2)reverse current:-350 A;(3)voltage between any two sections:±80V;(4)operating temperature:-40°C to +85°C;(5)storage temperature:-40°C to +125°C;(6)lead temperature (soldering, 10s):+300°C;(7)lead temperature (SOIC 3s):+260°C.
