RCV144ACi-BA

The RCV144ACi-BA is a kind of desktop integrated data/fax/voice/audio modem device set which supports integrated communications system program. The modem supports data throughput in excess of 176 kps using the Rockwell High Speed Interface (RHSI), fax operation up to 14400 bps, ADCPM voice compression/decompression at 7200 Hz and audio 8- and 16-bit record/playback at 11.025 KHz or 7200 Hz. The RCV144ACi-BA contains data data/fax/voice/audio modem data pump (MDP) and microcontroller (MCU) devices with supporting MCU firmwave.

There are some features of RCV144ACi-BA as follows: (1)data modem throughput up to 57.6 kbps (beyond 57.6 kbps when RHSI is active); (2)MNP 10 data throughput enhancement; (3)hayes autosync; (4)fax modem send and receive rates up to 14400 bps: V.17, V.29, V.27 ter and V.21 channel 2; (5)voice mode: enhanced ADPCM compression/decompression, tone detection/generation and call disrcrimination, concurrent DTMF detection and timing marks; (6)audio mode: record mono data using 8-bit or 16-bit audio data encoding at 11.025 kHz or 7200 Hz, playback at 11.025 kHz or 7200 Hz and concurrent DTMF/tone detection; (7)supports business audio applications: digital answering machine, voice annotation, audio file play and record, and text-to-speech; (8)line quality monitoring and auto retrain; (9)NVRAM directory and stored profiles; (10)flow control and speed buffering.
