The R5102V series are designed as voltage regulators with a watchdog timer (WDT) ICs with high accuracy output voltage and low supply current by CMOS process. Each of these ICs consists of an LDO regulator, VR1 and a regulator with ultra low supply current, VR2, and a watchdog timer.
The R5102V has nine features. (1)Built-in a watchdog timer. (2)Timer period for monitoring and generating a reset signal of the watchdog timer can be set by an external capacitor. (3)Regulators can be stopped individually by /CE1 pin and /CE2 pin. (4)Low supply current. (5)The output voltage of VR1 and VR2 can be set individulally for each IC by laser trim. (6)High accuracy of output voltage +/-2.0%. (7)Time period for system monitoring and reset can be set by external capacitor. (8)Output current typ 1A and min 30mA (VR2). (9)Small package SSOP-10 (0.5mm pitch) refer to package dimensions. Those are all the main features.
