DescriptionThe R5030213LSWA is designed as one kind of fast recovery rectifiers with 125 amperes average and 1400 volts. Typical applications include inverters, choppers, transmitters and free wheeling diode.
The R5030213LSWA has eight features. (1)Fast recovery times. (2)Soft recovery characteristics. (3)Standard and reverse polarities. (4)Flag lead and stud top terminals available. (5)High surge current ratings. (6)High rated blocking voltages. (7)Special electrical selection for parallel and series operation. (8)Glazed ceramic seal gives high voltage creepage and strike paths. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of R5030213LSWA have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its RMS forward current would be 193A. (2)Its average forward current would be 125A.
