The QZS series is designed as three hase solid state relays which incorporate the best in solide state microelectronic technology and innovative package design. The optically coupled input utilizes integrated circuitry, whereby greatly reducing the number of connections.
QZS series has ten features. The first one is solid state reliability. The second one is it would have optically isolated input. The third one is built-in snubber w/photo triac coupter. The fourth one is it would have high transient immunity. The fifth one is static dc/dt ratings would be 200V/microsecond. The sixth one is TTL, CMOS and DTL compatible. The seventh one is it would be ideal for computer interface. The eighth one is rugged and compact package. The ninth one is integral metal heatsink. The tenth one is it would be economically priced. That are all the main features.
Some output specifications of QZS series have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its type which would be inverse parallel SCR's or triac. The second one is about its voltage which would be 115V, 230V or 380V. The third one is about its frequency which would be 50/60Hz.
