QTLP600C-23 HER/Yellow

      These bi-color surface mount chip LEDs, QTLP600C-23 HER/Yellow are designed to fit industry standard footprint. Small size, low profile and wide viewing angle make QTLP600C-23 HER/Yellow ideal for backlighting applications and panel illumination.
      The QTLP600C-23 HER/Yellow has three applications. The first is keypad backlighting. The second is push-button backlighting. And the last is LCD backlighting.
      The QTLP600C-23 HER/Yellow has five features. The first is miniature footprint - 1.9(L) X 1.6(W) X 0.8(H) mm. The second is wide viewing angle of 130°. The third is water clear optics. The fourth is moisture-proof packaging. The fifth is that it is available in 0.315" (8mm) width tape on 7" (178mm) diameter reel, and 2,000 units per reel.
      The QTLP600C-23 HER/Yellow has seven absolute maximum ratings (TA =25°C unless otherwise specified). The first is continuous forward current which is 30 / 30 mA. The second is Peak Forward Current,that is 160 / 160 mA. The third is reverse voltage which is 5 V. The fourth is Power Dissipation which is 84 / 84 mW. The fifth is operating temperature that is -40 to +85°C. The sixth is storage temperature which is -40 to +90°C.The seventh is lead soldering time which is 260 for 5 sec°C.
