QSB series

      The QSB series has four kinds which are QSB34GR, QSB34ZR, QSB34CGR and QSB34CZR.They are Surface Mount Silicon Pin Photodiode.
      There are nine Features of QSB series.The first of all is that it has Daylight Filter (QSB34GR and QSB34ZR only).The second is that Surface Mount Packages of  QSB34GR/QSB34CGR  is for overmount board .while QSB34ZR/QSB34CZR for undermount board.The third is that it has Fast PIN Photodiode.The forth is that it has Wide Reception Angle, 120°.The fifth is that it has Large Chip Size = 3mm x 3mm.The sixth is that it has Sensitive Area - 2.55mm x 2.55mm.The seventh is that it has High SensitivityThe eighth is that it has Low Capacitance.The ninth is that it is Available in 0.470" (12mm) width tape on 7" (178mm)diameter reel; 1,000 units per reel.
       The following is about Absolute Maximum Ratings of QSB series (TA= 25°C unless otherwise specified)Stresses exceeding the absolute maximum ratings may damage the device. The device may not function or be operable above the recommended operating conditions and stressing the parts to these levels is not recommended.The symbol of Operating Temperature is TOPR ,and is from -25 to +85 °C.The symbol of Storage Temperature is TSTG,and is from -40 to +85 °C. The symbol of Soldering Temperature is TSOL and the number is 260 °CThe symbol of Reverse Voltage is VR and the number is 32 V.The symbol of Power Dissipation at (or below) 25°CPC is PC,and the number is 150 mW.The Free Air Temperature is 150 mW.
