The QS5807T is designed as guaranteed low skew CMOS clock driver/buffer which can be used for clock buffering schemes where low skew is a key parameter.
QS5807T has many features. The first one is 10 output, low skew clock signal buffer. The second one is TTL output voltage swing. The third one is 25 on-chip resistors available for low noise. The fourth one is input hysteresis for better noise margin. The fifth one is guaranteed low skew which means 0.35ns same transition and 0.45ns opposite transition and 0.75ns different devices. The sixth one is industrial temperature range. The seventh one is it would be available in QSOP (Q) and SOIC (SO). That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of QS5807T have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage to ground which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The second one is about its DC switch voltage which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The third one is about its DC input voltage which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The fourth one is about its AC input voltage (for a pulse width <= 20ns) which would be -3.0V. The fifth one is about its DC input diode current with Vin<0 which would be -20mA. The sixth one is about its DC output current max sink current/pin which would be 120mA. The seventh one is about its maximum power dissipation which would be 0.82W for QSOP and would be 0.75W for SOIC. The eighth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. It should be noted that stresses greater than those listed under absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to QSI devices that result in functional or reliability type failure. And so on.
