The QS3245 is designed as high speed CMOS quickswitch 8-bit switches which provide a set of eight high-speed CMOS TTL-compatible bus switches in a point compatible with 74FCT245, 74F245, 74ALS/AS/LS245 8-bit transceivers. QS3245's typical applications include hot-docking, hot-swapping, voltage translation, logic replacement, power conservation, capacitance reduction and isolation, bus isolation and clock gating.
QS3245 has many features. The first one is enhanced N channel FET with no inherent diode to Vcc. The second one is 5 bidirectional switches connect inputs to outputs. The third one is pin compatible with the 74F245, 74FCT245 and 74FCT245T. The fourth one is it would use the low power CMOS proprietary technology. The fifth one is zero propagation delay, zero ground bounce. The sixth one is undershoot clamp diodes on all switch and control inputs. The seventh onw is TTL compatible control inputs. The eighth one is it would be available in SOIC (SO), & QSOP. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of QS3245 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage to ground which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The second one is about its DC switch voltage which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The third one is about its DC input voltage which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The fourth one is about its AC input voltage (for a pulse width <= 20ns) which would be -3.0V. The fifth one is about its DC output current max sink current/pin which would be 120mA. The sixth one is about its maximum power dissipation which would be 0.5W. The last one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. It should be noted that these ratings are those values beyong which damage to the QS3245 may occur. And so on. For more information please contact us.
