Description

The QRD1313 reflective sensors consists of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon photoransistor mounted side by side on a converging optical axis in a black plastic housing.The photodarlington reponds to radiation emitted from diode only when a reflective object or surface is in the field of view of the detector.

Features of the QRD1313 are:(1)phototransistor output;(2)unfocused for sensing diffused surfaces;(3)low cost plastic housing;(4)designed for paper path and other non-contact surface sensing.
