The QR1001 is designed as quickring enhanced data stream controller which is an upgrade of the QR0001 features and performance. The devices are pin compatible and the QR1001 can be configured to operate in QR0001 mode. The QR1001 and QR0001 can interoperate in the same ring.
QR1001 has six features. The first one is it would have low latency multicast and broadcast (non-reservation). The second one is it would have user controllable packet size. The third one is it would have 160 pin PQFP package. The fourth one is it would have 16 pin single ring capability. The fifth one is it would support for multi-ring topoligies. The sixth one is it supports seperate ring and client clock rates. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of mQR1001 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its DC supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The second one is about its DC input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. The third one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55°C to +150°C. The fourth one is about its power dissipation which would be 2.2W. The fifth one is about its ESD rating which would be 2000V. The sixth one is about its recommended supply voltage which would be 4.75V to 5.25V. The seventh one is about its recommended operating free air temperature which would be from 0°C to 70°C.
And also some DC TTL specifications about QR1001. The first one is about its minimum high level input voltage which would be min 2.0V.
