The QLSI series is designed as standard cells integrating 2K-Bits of ROM and 3000 equivalent gates with operation to 1GHz. QLSI series has many features. The first one is it supports LSI solution from 100MHz to beyond 2GHz. The second one is directly interfaces to ECL, TTL and CMOS based systems. The third one is maxed analog & digital circuitry. The fourth one is integrated ROM cells. The fifth one is commercial & military temperature ranges. Some absolute maximum ratings of QLSI series have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its positive supply which would be min 0V and max +7V. The second one is about its negative supply which would be min -7V and max 0V. The third one is about its operating temperature (junction) which would be from -55°C to +150°C. The fourth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +175°C. The fifth one is about its recommended positive supply which should be min +4.5V and max +5.5V. The sixth one is about its recommended negative supply which should be min -5.5V and max -4.5V. The seventh one is about its ECL input high voltage which would be min -1100mV and max 0mV.
