QJE-3-.300G

The QJE-3-.300G is designed as 90° power divider / combiner.

QJE-3-.300G has five features. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 100 to 500MHz. The second one is it would have 500W CW capacity. The third one is it would have low insertion loss. The fourth one is it would have excellent ampli. bal. The fifth one is it would be filmbrid Pkg. That are all the main features.

Some general specifications and principal specifications of QJE-3-.300G have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its coupling which would be -3 dB nom. The second one is about its impedance which would be 50 W nom. The third one is about its insertion loss which would be 0.5 dB max., 0.3 typ. The fourth one is about its CW input which would be 500 W max. (1.1:1 VSWR) and 200 W max. (2.0:1 VSWR). The fifth one is about its peak power which would be 10 kW max. The sixth one is about its electrical connect. which would be 4 solder tabs. The seventh one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -55°C to +85°C. The eighth one is about its frequency range which would be from 100 to 500MHz. The ninth one is about its performance bandwidth which would be 100 to 400MHz. The tenth one is about its amplitude balance which would be max ±0.75dB. The eleventh one is about its phase tolerance which would be 90° ± 4°. The twelfth one is about its isolation which would be min 18dB. The thirteenth one is about its VSWR which would be 1.25:1. The fourteenth one is about its weight which would be 4oz (112 g).

It should be noted that the QJE-3-.300G Quadrature Hybrid covers 100 to 500 MHz using a multi-section stripline design with special attention to thermal dissipation.
