The QHD-3C-10G is designed as quad hybrid which provides a 3 dB coupler with low insertion loss, low VSWR, and high isolation. Accurate phase and amplitude balance make them ideal for applications involving IQ networks, power amplifiers, signal distribution and processing equipment. QHD quad hybrids are fusion bonded multilayer stripline assemblies. The fusion bonding process yields a homogeneous monolithic dielectric structure with reliability, ruggedness, and electrical performance that is superior to conventional adhesive bonding techniques.
QHD-3C-10G has six features. The first one is about its frequency which would be from 2.0GHz to 18.0GHz. The second one is that it would have low loss. The next one is that it would have high isolation. The next one is that it would have excellent phase / amplitude balance. The next one is that it would have co-planar launch. The next one is that it would have Ni/Au finish. That are all the main features.
Some important specifications of QHD-3C-10G have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 2.0 to 18.0GHz. The next one is about its insertion loss which would be max 2 dB. The next one is about its amplitude balance which would be ± 1.0dB. The next one is about its phase balance which would be 90 ± 8°. The next one is about its isolation which would be min 15dB. The next one is about its VSWR (all ports) which would be max 1.5:1. The next one is about its input power (CW @ 1.3:1 load VSWR) which would be 30W. The next one is about its size (inches) which would be 1.60 x 0.75 x 0.065. The next one is about its weight (oz / grams) which would be 0.13 / 3.6. The next one is about its RF interface which would be gold plated CPW launch. The last one is about its operating temperature which would be from -55°C to +85°C. And so on. For more information please contact us.
