QDFI-0423

The QDFI-0423 is designed as high impedance integrating pinFET receiver for fiber-optic receivers operating at data rates up to and exceeding 168 Mb/s at 1300 and 1550 nm wavelengths. The exceptional performance of the QDFI pinFET results from using an advanced GaInAs detector with a GaAs FET hybrid preamplifier of a high impedance design.

QDFI-0423 has four features. The first one is it would have telecom trunk and junction applications. The next one is it would have high impedance integrating circuit configuration. The next one is it would be 32 and 115MHz bandwidths available. The next one is it would have industry standard 14-pin DIL package, multimode fiber. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of QDFI-0423 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its fiber coupled power which would be 5mW. The next one is about its reverse photocurrent which would be 5mA. The next one is about its reverse bias voltage which would be 15V. The next one is forward current which would be 2mA. The next one is about its lead soldering temperature which would be 260°C. Th next one is about its lead soldering duration which would be 10 sec. The next one is about its fiber yield strength which would be 10N min. The next one is about its fiber bend radius which would be 35mm min.

Also some specifications about QDFI-0423. The first one is about its sensitivity change 25°C to 65°C which would be 1.5dB. The next one is about its delector dark current which would be typ 5nA and max 20nA. The next one is about its detector capacitance - 5V bias which would be typ 0.3pF and max 0.5pF. The next one is about its load impedance which would be min 1000 ohms. The next one is about its output voltage at Pmax which would b typ 2.3V.
