The QDFH-9003 is designed as high impedance integrating pinFET receiver for high sensitivity requirements at data rates up to 1.0Gb/s. It design tields excellent noise performance not only at room temperature but also at elevated temperatures. It also incroporates a gain control feature which extends the optical dynamic range of the device by up to 4dB as compared to conventional integrating pinFET designs.
QDFH-9003 has five features. The first one is it would have telecom trunk and junction applications. The second one is it would have high impedance integrating circuit configuration. The third one is its data rates would be up to 1.0 Gb/s. The fourth it would have industry standard 14-pin DIL package. The fifth one is it would have single mode fiber.
