QBH-123

The QBH-123 is designed as standard hybrid amplifier.

QBH-123 has many features. The first one is it would have 5 to 800MHz bandwidth. The next one is it would have very high gain. The next one is it would have small size. The next one is it would have wide bandwidth. That are all the main features.

The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -55°C to +125°C. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The next one is about its maximum input drive which would be 1.0 Vrms. The next one is abut its thermal rise, junction to case which would be +13°C.

Also there are some other specifications about QBH-123. The first one is about its temperature which would be typ +25°C and should be within from -55°C to +85°C.
