Q700

The Q700 is designed as ECL / TTL logic arrays providing equivalent densities of up to 250 gates respectively. Its series is optimized to provide a system spproch to high performance semi-custom applications. High speed ECL logic and proven reliability are combined with an advanced, interactive CAD system to provide a quick and cost effective solution to discrete IC replacement.

Q700 has six features. The first one is its series would have various array sizes which means 250, 500, 1000 equivalent gate versions to support various circuit requirements. The next one si it would have very high speed. The next one is it would have ECL & TTL compatibility. The next one is it would have moderate power. The next one is it would have full military availibity. The next one is it would use the radiation hard technology. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of Q700 have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be -8.0Vdc. The next one is about its input voltage Vcc=0 which would be GND to Vee. The next one is about its output source current continuous which would be -50mA DC. The next one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -55°C (ambient) to +125°C (case). The next one is about its operating junction temperature which would be +150°C. The next one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C, The next one is about its recommended supply voltage which would be min -4.7V and nom -5.2V and max -5.7V for military and would be -4.94V and nom -5.2V and max -5.46V for commercial.
