The Q3036M-16L is designed as the military version of the Q3036 PLL family. It is a single chip solution for phase locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers. Requiring only a single +5V supply, the Q3036 is highly integrated and contains all the necessary elements, with the exception of VCO and loop filter components, to build a PLL frequency synthesizer operating from UHF through L-band.
Q3036M-16L has seven features. The first one is it would have high speed line receivers. The next one is 10/11 dual modulus prescaler. The next one is 7-bit M and 4-bit A pulse swallow counter. The next one is 4-bit reference counter. The next one is digital phase / frequency comparator. The next one is out-of-lock detection circuitry.
