The Q20004 is designed as logic arrays which is optimized to provide high performance and proven reliability to today's advanced hi-rel commercial and military semicustom applications. It is designed to operate at frequencies as high as 1.25GHz. These turbo arrays achieve this very high performance by combining advanced one micron process with an innovative AC - coupled active drive circuitry.
